Can this be used over the face and neck cream? How does it counteract with those products if applied over them?

Yes, these products can absolutely be used together. They are honestly a great combination! Apply the Invisible Sunscreen generously about 15 minutes before going outside and let it absorb for 5 to 8 minutes. Then apply 2 to 3 pumps of the Face & Neck Cream in a thin, even layer across your face and neck. The products complement each other and will not counteract one another.
The fragrance is the downfall
The sunscreen is very good and goes on cleanly just as advertised. The problem is that it has a heavy fragrance and smells like you have shaving cream on your face all day. It would be perfect if the fragrance was removed, especially for daily wear.
